Common questions

How do I get paid?
Payouts are automatic. After you deliver photos and the session is confirmed, your earnings are deposited to your connected bank account. No invoicing, no chasing payments.
Do I have to be available on-demand?
No, you're in control. Appear on the live map with Quick Book, share your booking link for scheduled Advance Bookings, or start in-person sessions with your Quick Capture QR code. Offer any mix, and decide which to turn on and when you're available.
How does pricing work?
Standard sessions are priced by the minute at transparent rates shown to clients before they book, so there's no negotiating rates and no race to the bottom. If you qualify to offer Custom Shoots, you set your own package pricing.
What equipment do I need?
You can shoot with a DSLR, mirrorless, or a mobile phone. Your device type is shown to clients so they know what to expect.
Who owns the photos?
You do. You keep your copyright by default, and clients receive a personal-use license. If they want commercial or full rights, they pay to upgrade and you earn more.
Can I do this part-time?
Absolutely. Go online when you're free and offline when you're done. Many photographers use Twila to fill the gaps between their regular work.
What's your cancellation policy?
